Where we are at now and where we will be soon

Hello again folks.

Steve and I are in Chiang Mai at the moment, in the north of Thailand, about three hours from the borders of both Myanmar (Burma) and Laos. We just recently got back from a three day trek in the hills which was awesome. I'll tell you more about that later. We're going to do some serious chilling here until Wednesday when we leave Thailand and embark on a two day boat trip up the Lahong river into Laos. We'll probably be in Laos for no more than ten days or so, just passing through really, on our way to Vietnam. We'll be in Vietnam for two or three weeks, travelling down the coast from Hanoi in the north to Ho Chi Min City (Saigon) in the south. After that, we'll go into Cambodia, specifically to visit Ankor Wat, before returning to Bangkok where I suspect we'll have to catch a flight to Kuala Lumpur in order to connect with our flight to Australia. We're running out of time!
